Journalism taught me to ask better questions. Customer service taught me to listen for the real answer.
Today, I bring both habits into digital work. I pay attention to how people speak, what content earns a response and where the numbers point next.
I am currently a Content Analyst at TP. My experience also spans social media, digital marketing training, customer service and publishing.
